Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the GroceryMoney partnership program. By signing up or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not join or use the service.

1. The Partnership

GroceryMoney operates a revenue-sharing partnership model. You become a partner (not an employee, contractor, or agent). We provide access to income-generating opportunities (client work, AI tasks, platform integrations). You receive 40% of net revenue attributed to your partner ID.

• You do not perform any tasks, manage clients, or deliver projects.
• We handle all operations, delivery, and client relationships.
• Revenue is calculated after platform fees, refunds, and chargebacks.

2. Revenue Share & Payouts

Revenue is split as follows:

• 40% to you (the partner)
• 40% to GroceryMoney operations and team
• 20% reinvested into platform growth

Payouts are processed weekly (every 7 days) via the method you select (M-Pesa, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). Minimum payout threshold may apply in some countries. All payments are net of taxes, fees, or deductions required by law.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your country) and reside in a supported country. You are responsible for providing accurate information during signup. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. No Guarantees or Promises

Earnings are not guaranteed. Income depends on platform performance, client demand, and other factors beyond our control. Past performance is not indicative of future results. GroceryMoney does not promise any minimum income.

5. No Fees to Join

There are no signup fees, subscription costs, or hidden charges to become a partner. We only earn when you earn.

6. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your partnership for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, you forfeit any unpaid earnings below the minimum payout threshold.

7. Limitation of Liability

GroceryMoney is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the 12 months preceding a claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya (or the jurisdiction where GroceryMoney is registered). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
