How to keep an AI task account secure
Simple habits for protecting access, spotting suspicious activity, and keeping support conversations clear.

Protect the login first
Use a unique password, enable multi-factor authentication where it is available, and never post a password or one-time code in a chat. A password manager makes the basics easier to maintain.
Check the device and session list
Review recent sessions after a new device, a location change, or an unexpected notification. Sign out unknown sessions and contact the platform directly if an account change was not yours.
Elante can help organise a support note, but the platform owner remains the authority for login recovery and account security decisions.
Keep communication traceable
Use the agreed workspace and keep important decisions in writing. Do not send identity documents or payment details until the reason, recipient, and retention process are clear.
